HOP is one of my favorite communities in Port Charlotte. It is centrally located near 41 and Cochran Blvd, Between Quesada and Peachland. It is a gated community with beautiful Live Oak shading the pleasant lanes that wind through villas and circle the lake that the condo section overlooks. There is an excellent rec center and large, well maintained pool, tennis and other activities. The homes are very reasonably priced and an easy walk to stores and restaurants.

The price of two bedroom condos start under $100,000 and three bedroom units can be bought in the low $100,000’s.

Two bedroom, two bath, two car garage villas can be found starting in the low $100,000 range.
