Chef Jeanie Roland, who also owns The Perfect Caper Restaurant in Punta Gorda, recently won the competition on the Food Network, “Beat Bobby Flay”! Very few people actually beat Bobby Flay, & it is great to now have a Celebrity Chef right here in Punta Gorda!! The winning dish, Thai Curry Mussels, was recently added to the local menu.
