On Thursday evening we had the incomparable pleasure of dining with Chef Ralf Mehler. Ralf prepared chicken breast in mushroom sauce with sweet carrots and potatoes. The dinner was indescribably delicious and I will ask Ralf to share the recipe with you.
For desert, Ralf made a wonderful pastry served with a small scoop of chocolate ice cream and a strawberry.
