The price range for lots with public water service is $11,600 – $1,400,000 for a waterfront lot with spectacular views of Charlotte Harbor. Median price: $41,500. Keep in mind that waterfront lots or extra large lots sell for quite a bit more than a standard, neighborhood dry lot.
The big change in July reflects buyers taking the opportunity to purchase waterfront lots at significantly reduced prices.
