The Pinehurst neighborhood of Rotonda West was the third section to be developed. Located at “11 o’clock” on the rotonda, the west section, Pinehurst is built around the Pinemoor West Golf Course. The 18-hole Pinemoor course at the Pinemoor West Golf Club facility in Rotonda West features all the hallmarks of Florida golf. Designed by Pete Dye, ASGCA, the Pinemoor golf course opened in 2004.
The majority of homes in Pinehurst were built after the late 1980s and into the 2000’s. Pinehurst is a quick drive to beaches, golf and outdoor recreation.
