Sunseeker Resort Restart

Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, FL has officially announced the restart of construction. According to John Redmond, President of Allegiant Airline, the resort developer, opening is planned for early 2023 or maybe even late in 2022. The resort will have 19 restaurants and bars, 18 open to the public. There will be two swimming pools and a private golf course for guests and members. Two towers will be devoted to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites complete with cooking and laundry facilities. Other buildings will be the hotel.
