Architects in Sarasota, FL introduced their plans for a major, new condominium / hotel, The “Vue Sarasota Bay”.

The project will be built at the corner of U.S. 41 and Gulfstream Avenue. The buildings will be 18 stories high and is planned to reflect Sarasota’s famed architectural past. The project will cost $300,000,000 and should be completed in 2016.

“We took a lot of inspiration from the Paul Rudolph buildings and some of the other buildings that architects in Sarasota have done in the past…in the 1940’s-50’s,” says Donald Wolfe, Jr.,project designer for Architects Nicholas, Brosch, Wurst, Wolfe & Associates.
