The Broadmoor neighborhood of Rotonda West was the third section to be developed. Located at “1 o’clock” on the rotonda, the northeast section, Broadmoor is built around the Pinemoor East Golf Course. The 18-hole “Pinemoor East” course at the Pinemoor East Golf Club facility in Rotonda West, Florida features 3,700 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36 . Designed by Pete Dye, ASGCA, the Pinemoor East golf course opened in 2004.
The majority of homes in Broadmoor were built after the early 1990s and into the 2000’s. Broadmoor is a comfortable drive to beaches, as well as golf and other outdoor recreation.
