Sunseeker Resort construction grows taller with each passing day. The construction crews are working hard. Cranes turn, trucks enter and leave.

Allegiant Airlines broke ground on the twenty-two acre resort site March, 2019. Construction halted March, 2020 due to Covid and a precipitous drop in airline travel.

Construction crews are making remarkable progress. Allegiant Travel Company, a subsidiary of Allegiant Airlines, hopes to open the resort in early 2023 or possibly earlier.

Phase one of the resort located on Charlotte Harbor will include a one-thousand foot pool and other amenities. A harbor walk and a number of restaurants will be open to the public.

Allegiant Airlines will make it easy to visit the Charlotte Harbor resort. When passengers arrive at Punta Gorda airport, Allegiant Travel Company will meet their guests and transport them quickly and safely to the hotel only minutes away.

Allegiant Travel Company will began taking Sunseeker Resort Reservations 2023 for guests soon. Those interested can make reservations on Allegiant Travel Company website: www.sunseekerresorts.com. To be certain the resort has opened as planned, the site will make available reservations for May, June and July, 2023. If the resort opens sooner, earlier dates will be announced. Summer rates are expected to be $200 for a one bedroom unit, up to $900 per night for a three bedroom suite.
