Sunseeker Resort is a new, hotel destination under development in Port Charlotte, Florida by a division of Allegiant Airline. The self-contained 22-acre development will have a 420 room luxury hotel as well as up to 15 restaurants. Plans also include two marinas and the largest swimming pool in North America. The plans include extended stay hotel rooms.
